METHODOLOGY
We take your search for people very seriously. Understanding the cost implications and the future growth of your company as well as the return on investment needed with every hire at the management level.
This is a very brief overview of the service you will receive with every full life cycle search engagement
- First we will naturally ensure that our services are needed, it may be that you require only a portion of the dedication that we commit to a full search.
- We will ensure that our terms of business are agreeable to your corporation.
- We will then write a full and detailed assignment brief that consists of many aspect of your company, the role,full remuneration detail, your hiring process, your culture and most importantly how you as a corporation like to work and like to be promoted.
- Once fully engaged we perform 1st level search procedures which includes database searching and networking through some of the most talented resources in the market.
(This is performed in order to deliver a swifter solution if possible.)
- If little to no success is found with the first level we move to the 2nd level which is research, competitor targeting, candidate identification and evaluation, contact, presentation, resume gathering, interviewing, reference checking and short listing.
- Once we have delivered our shortlist to you we need then to arrange interview’s, brief you once again on our candidates desires and achievements, which will typically be in line with your initial brief.
- Once at offer stage, we will broker the offer to our candidates enabling a higher acceptance ratio.
- We then assist our candidates through resignation issues and guide them supportively through their important transition.
- Finally we will keep a contact with both parties after placement ensuring a smooth transition has taken place.
